Tomorrow hopefully the sound will work. I did several sound tests today with the Wireshark. I will sign on a little early tomorrow and test again without child or dog noise. Those kids are louder than the background radiation of the Universe. I will do another beginner yoga routine of vinyasa flow. Not any particular style of yoga. Just Jim trying to become slim. The concentration will be on my back and hips and core. So, I put together all the things we learned this week, into a full speed work-out. Including falls and fails. I should title it Jim yoga fails. It might be dark towards the end. It is encoding now, and then will go right online. In the meantime I am playing some music.
