Hi guys, we are sorry for the delay. CI Games messed up big times and sent the keys not until 6:38am today to all official digital partners.
In addition, they did send only D1 retail keys (which does not allow us to fulfill pre-orders yet) and less than we ordered.
We are clarifying the situation with their team, trying to address higher management levels as the current digital sales operator clearly can't handle the situation.
If you don't want to wait (which we fully understand), you have the option to initiate a refund in your Gamesplanet account.
Sorry guys, believe us, we haven't been that disappointed by publisher's action (or the lack of it) in ages.

外部で買ったんだけど、Steamに何も表示されてないんだよなあ
