シマノのBR-R550の対応シューの表を見ると↓のようにあるね。
オープンプロはサイドがCNC加工されてるからシマノ的にはM70CT4を使えということなのかな。

Standard
S70C(Servere Condition shoe)
Performs well in dry conditions and tends to be low noise. Wears in muddy conditions.
+1mm thincker shoe with S70C

Option
M70R2(Servere Condition shoe)
A race shoe that performs well in dry and wet conditions, and is also highly resistant to wear. may give off noise.
+1mm thincker shoe with M70R2

Option
M70CT4(Servere Condition shoe)
Only for side wall machined rims. Performs especially well in wet conditions and may pass EN standard.
Tend to be low noise, low rim wear and fade.
